These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pajok platform. By creating an account or placing any wager on pajok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pajok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the pajok website accessible at https://pajok.net and any associated services, products, games, and promotional offers made available through the platform.
By accessing the pajok platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pajok platform.
pajok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. When material changes are made, a revised effective date will be published at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of pajok following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pajok Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the promotional offer's specific terms take precedence only for the duration of that promotion.
Creating a pajok account constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full. These Terms apply to every action taken on the platform including browsing, depositing, playing, and withdrawing.
pajok may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms whenever you return to the platform after an absence.
Account Registration
To access the full range of pajok services — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and the cashier — you must first register a player account. Registration is available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while the account remains open.
You must be at least 18 years of age. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity). You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must not already hold an existing active or suspended pajok account.
One account per person: pajok strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate accounts.
pajok may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application or suspend an existing account pending further verification at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.
You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change, particularly your contact email or mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in payment processing or account verification. pajok will use the contact details registered on your account for all official communications, including verification requests, withdrawal confirmations, and policy update notifications.
For higher-value withdrawals and as part of ongoing account management, pajok may request identity verification documents including your Bangladesh National ID Card, passport, or utility bill. Verification is a standard industry practice that protects all players.
You are solely responsible for keeping your pajok login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any third party. pajok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel outside the secure login page.
All registration details must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ age requirement — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
pajok accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the approved payment channels listed on the cashier page at the time of your transaction. Approved channels currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. This list is subject to change; players should refer to the cashier page for the current list of available payment methods.
All account balances on pajok are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals made through local payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published in the cashier section and may be adjusted from time to time.
Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pajok account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank. pajok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the pajok finance team before dispatch. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is under 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. pajok does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which pajok accepts no responsibility.
All funds deposited into your pajok account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account flagged for review. pajok reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the ownership of any payment method used on the platform.

Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements
pajok offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Welcome bonus: New players who register a pajok account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 in bonus funds. The welcome bonus is available to one new player account per household, per device, and per IP address. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the current welcome offer terms at the time of registration.
Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, which is typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotions section of the platform. Any wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements and will not qualify for bonus cashback calculations.
pajok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended pending investigation.
New pajok players can receive up to ৳20,000 in bonus funds on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement and must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account.
Existing pajok players are eligible for reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. Each offer carries its own specific terms and validity period.
pajok publishes all wagering requirements in plain English with no hidden conditions. Before accepting any bonus, the full requirements — multiplier, game restrictions, validity period, and minimum odds where applicable — are displayed clearly in the offer terms.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered pajok player, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — personal recreational online gaming and sports betting — in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pajok platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of registration or KYC verification
- Registering more than one account or operating accounts on behalf of third parties
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with games or the platform
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
- Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other accounts
- Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the pajok platform
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or pajok support staff
- Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or proceeds of crime
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law
pajok monitors platform activity continuously using automated and manual review processes. If suspicious activity is detected on your account, pajok may temporarily suspend access while an investigation is conducted. During any investigation period, pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation, including providing documentation requested by the pajok compliance team.
Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct — including the use of bots, exploitation of errors, or collusion — are void and will be deducted from the account balance regardless of whether they have been partially withdrawn. pajok reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds withdrawn on the basis of prohibited conduct through all available legal means.
pajok maintains a fair gaming environment for all players. Our monitoring systems flag abnormal betting patterns, unusual withdrawal sequences, and account behaviour inconsistent with recreational play. Fair play protects all genuine players on the platform.
All account activity on pajok is subject to review at any time. This includes game history, deposit and withdrawal patterns, device fingerprinting, and IP address logging. This monitoring is designed to protect players and maintain the integrity of the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
pajok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2; or any other circumstance where pajok, in good faith, determines that account closure is necessary to protect the platform, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.
Players may also voluntarily close their pajok account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any remaining verified balance in the account at the time of closure will be paid out to the payment method last used for a withdrawal, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, pajok will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder via the registered email address. The account holder may respond with supporting documentation within 14 days. If the investigation is resolved in favour of the player, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant funds handled in accordance with the findings.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through the account settings panel or via the support team. Self-exclusion options range from one month to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully locked and cannot accept deposits or allow gameplay. Players who have self-excluded are encouraged to seek additional support through the resources listed on the pajok Responsible Gaming page.
You may close your pajok account at any time by contacting support. Verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method. There is no penalty for voluntary account closure and your account history is retained for the statutory period.
pajok may close accounts that violate these Terms without prior warning. In such cases, legitimate verified funds may be returned at pajok's discretion after any investigation is concluded, less any amounts attributable to prohibited conduct.
Age Restriction & Verification
pajok operates a strict 18+ policy. The platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account on pajok, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. pajok takes all reasonable steps to prevent individuals under the age of 18 from accessing the platform. These steps include age declarations at registration, KYC identity verification for new accounts, and ongoing monitoring for behavioural patterns inconsistent with adult players. pajok cooperates fully with any law enforcement or regulatory inquiry relating to underage gambling.
If an account is found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 18, or if false age information was provided at registration, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made to the account will be returned to the originating payment method. All wagers placed and any winnings generated will be voided. pajok may report the incident to relevant authorities where required by law.

Age verification is conducted via the KYC process. Accepted documents include Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, and driving licence. All documents must be valid and must clearly show your date of birth.
If you share a device with minors, we strongly recommend enabling parental control software on that device to prevent accidental access to the pajok platform. pajok is not responsible for access by minors where parental supervision is absent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pajok and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if pajok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pajok makes no warranty, expressed or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that games will be free from errors, or that the platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. pajok will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
pajok is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures, including connection drops during live betting, game errors that result in a voided round, or payment processing delays caused by third-party providers. In the event of a game malfunction, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a verified malfunction are not payable.
Nothing in these Terms limits pajok's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you have a dispute with pajok regarding a transaction or game outcome, you must contact the support team within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the pajok platform are governed by the principles of fair dealing and good faith. pajok is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and transparently. The support team is the first point of contact for all dispute resolution requests, and we aim to provide a substantive response to all formal complaints within five business days.
pajok aims to maintain platform availability at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. During maintenance periods, access to games and the cashier may be temporarily unavailable.
In the event of a verified game malfunction, the affected round is voided and all stakes are returned. Winnings that arise from a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. pajok's determination of a malfunction is final.
